"Your happiness with this place will be linked with how much you paid to stay here " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/2/2009 Vote
2. They call Makena "Turtle Town" for a reason, I snorkeled with turtles and saw some of the most beautiful fish ever right off the hotel beach.

7. We actually felt the distances from the Maui Prince were quite reasonable, 3 minutes to the Wailea area, about 10 - 15 minutes to Kihei, and less than 45 minutes to Lahaina.

10. The coffee shop 'Cappucino Corner' in the lobby offers beverages, pastries, sandwiches, salads and such until three - easy and reasonable, we went down for breakfast one morning and filled our fridge with fruit, sandwiches, salads for an entire day of wondering the grounds and goofing off - We played like golfers acting like kids on the putting green, swam at the beach, and we ate on the lanai as the sun sank behind Koohlawe.
