8. All the restaurants in the hotel were great, the staff was wonderful and helpful, our view of the water was amazing, and we loved the pool-side tiki bar.

9. So the bathrooms didn't have granite countertops, who cares? The staff was extremely helpful, even offered to check us in at the airport and printed out our boarding passes.
