1. We stayed in Hana for our 30th anniversary, it was our last stop on the islands, we couldn't have picked a better spot to stay.

8. As it turned out, our powered hang gliding trips were cancelled due to strong winds and low hanging clouds (better safe than sorry -- at least Hana didn't have the rains that Kauai had at that time.

9. Much better to patronize whatever guy has a BBQ set up on his front lawn that day (and it varies), or buy banana bread at one of the various stands.
