1. smelly water on ocassion, rough towels that are not soft at all, we had low water pressure in the shower.

While I enjoy fine dinning, I don't want to hike a mile for a sandwich nor pay $10 for a simple hot dog; Beds are very soft, the softest I have ever experienced at any hotel; No electrical plug near the bed- if you want to use your lap top computer in bed while recharging it, you will need to request an extension cord.
