1. However - it's still Vegas, which means they still only care about how much money you're spending in the casino (in my case none - not interested), so we had long queues to check in and out, a ridiculously long walk with very heavy luggage from the carpark to the front desk, and then back to the guest elevators, and terrible signage so you can't find your way out.
"Very snazzy - but it's still Vegas. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/20/2012 Vote
2. ' and she's raised her voice like 'SIR, WE DONT HAVE SUCH ROOM AVAILABLE'I had just come to this hotel with my brother since it was his first vegas experience and didn't care about the room.

3. ' Really? Was that snide comment necessary? When my husband told the bouncer he had just had knee surgery the man's response was a simple, 'I don't care.

4. Just be careful of the marble floor - if you start the shower, and then step in when the water gets warmer (like I do), it gets pretty slippery.

7. None of this is something you're likely to notice the first day or so, because the entire property is so beautiful, who cares? After a longer stay, it gets to be tedious.

9. Room was wonderful, not a big fan of the bar fridge nor the things on the shelf that you cannot remove or your charged for, be careful and watch your bill when you check out incase you happened to pick something up and look at it, if you do your charged for the item.
"Perfect " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/25/2012 Vote
10. - room was very clean; had a shower and a big bathtub which I was able to use and enjoy once- A/C worked well and was quiet- had a problem with the outlet in the bathroom so asked for a room change and was accomodated immediately- all employees very friendly and helpful- elevator layout is smart so you don't have to spend a lot of time on them- pool area is lovely and due to the layout, a bit more private feeling (there are several smaller pools as opposed to one very large pool) - landscaping is beautiful- lots of good restaurant choices (my favorite was Julian Serrano - extremely tasty tapas although their Bloody Mary was dismal for $12 - don't order that)- good location in the middle of the strip so makes it a bit easier to visit different hotel/casinosCons- hotel is MASSIVE so if I went there again, I would definitly request a room near the elevator banks (when I changed my room, I got one closer because the walk from my room to the elevator was very long)- this hotel has smoking rooms and I don't care what they say, the smoke travels through vents into non-smoking areas.
"Massively huge hotel, comfortable rooms, good restaurant choices " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/24/2012 Vote
