1. No need to use the heat or air conditioner except on our last night it was warmer and unable to get the air to turn on.

2. The master bathroom is not separated from the master bedroom it is part of the same large room except for the toilet which is in a separate small space behind door.

6. All the service personnel that we encountered during our stay couldn't have been friendlier, or more helpful, from the front desk (one exception) to the bellmen to the hard working laborers keeping everything spotless.

7. Otherwise, this was an amazing place, friendly staff (except for Joel the bus driver), beautiful pools and facility.

8. Most of the information was accurate, except that I could not find out what types of filters the coffee makers used until I arrived (fyi -- they use basket filters, not cone filters).

9. Also a daily service to the local store to get groceries (except Sundays) and the store even gives you a good discount.

10. In fact, when we arrived, the taxi driver dropped us off out the front and we would've had to walk a very long way to get around the back entrance except that one of the shuttles appeared and picked us up.
