1. Guests are also asked to sign a contract which says that use of drugs and extreme drunkenness are not permitted (which while I'm not against, I greatly appreciated).

If you need any suggestions of things to do the staff have lots, they rent bicycles for 5$ a day and are located right next to nice quiet beaches and the beach right next to Arnott's is a great sea-turtle watching spot, the first day I got there I saw three (try early in the morning or just before sunset).

So we got the discount for staying at Arnott's, a great locale guide (Daniel) and when bad weather caught us on top of Mauna Kea (it snowed) and you could see no more than 50 to 100 feet, they gave us a rain check on the tour, hence our second visit to Arnott's (we had to pay for hotel, no rain check on that).

8. We spent a lot of our time hanging out in the common area which is equipped a great TV for watching sports and a computer with Wifi.

10. Very fun place, everyone was very nice and polite, the room was great, a bit small, but for a budget vacation and off the beaten path experience, it's got everything what it needs.
