3. This incident put a damper on our 4 night stay so it behooves me to say anything positive.

4. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and they do give you a free 3 option breakfast from the nearby restaurant and the location is very good, however parking was extremely tight which they charge for, and a room rate not warranted for the quality of the room.
