1. My teen daugther and I stayed here for a 3 day weekend and we were very impressed with the service at this hotel.

4. Since we had dinner plans we did not partake of the free evening snacks/drinks but breakfast the next morning was impressive with a friendly breakfast attendant.

5. I really was impressed when Jackie at the front desk called our room to make sure everything was to our liking and if we needed anything else ( I have never had a hotel call and ask me that).

Then the staff go out of the way to make the absolute most of what is available (eg you don't have to stand and wait for waffles, they'll bring them to you) I found all levels of staff to be extremely friendly and interested in helping (in fact, many of the people on the street and in the shop also impressed us--maybe they're just that much nicer in San Antonio).
