7. I have to really commend everyone from the check-in people to the wonderful ladies who handled the boisterous crowds at the manager's receptions each afternoon, to the pleasant staff at breakfast - they made the stay very enjoyable.

8. While the hotel's rooms themselves are not particularly appealing (they're fine and clean, albeit dated in their decor) the great riverwalk location and the superb staff made our family vacation very enjoyable.
