1. The only reason I did not give all 5's because their towels are so flimsy and carpet is in need of replacement.

2. Those in our party did not attempt the breakfast for the same reason and so, when I saw that there was no lines, we asked if we could take some breakfast up to the other two in our party--no problem.

4. Here is where I want you to ask upon making reservations for the total charges (room, taxes thats State and Local) my room rate was $180 which I thought was very good for a nice hotel RiverWalk and I thought reasonable also.

5. 00 a day will say the staff is great car came to us very promptly but I think a reasonable rate of $10 to $12 would be better.
