5. If you do elect to stay: ask for the Fernando Tower-it's renovated and 'feels' newer and cleaner, unfortunately however the lack luster housekeeping will still be a part of your experience.

9. The room was in the San Fernando tower and I was aware (based on reviews) that it was a bit of a mice maze to get to the rooms in the newer tower.
