2. I will say that I was happy to not have a poolside room, due to noise, and blatant disrespect for 'quiet hours', but it would have been nice to have chairs on my balcony as well.

3. Stayed 2 nights and was very happy to find such a nice place at a good price (about 130/night, on a weekend in march) The room was clean with comfy beds and comforters, I think that almost all of them have balconies overlooking the pool.
