9. the service was good it could it be better i think, for someone who use the hotel for the first time is good to do a quick tour of the place take that person to his/her room tell what time cafeteria opens etc, give some tips about the area like good places to go eat, the room was good the only think it should have is a microwave is good for family with young children it allways cames handy, the location is good because is not too far from universal studios, an is affortable, what I like the most wast the transportation to universal studios because I didn't have to worry about parking or how to get there and like I said is very conveniet and affortable I will defetely came back againthank you so much for the good service.
