7. To most, my complaints would seem pretty minor but I felt like the personnel at the front desk mostly just didn't care and didn't take care of my needs.

10. We felt like we were maybe 1 block outside of the REALLY safest part of downtown, but that may have just been perception, as the street is well lit, and we were impressed with the Police presence throughout the downtown area.
