2. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close enough to downtown that we could get there very easily but also enough distance away that we did not have to deal with typical big city traffic.

4. Nice crown-molding on the ceiling, big wooden doors, a new, modern-styling and clean bathroom, big window (even the view kinda sucked), comfy beds, flat-screen TV, and great amenities (toothbrushes, coffee machine, shower slippers, WiFi, complimentary breakfast, etc).
