6. A big hotel with NO tools or personnel available for emergency situations like this on a Saturday night? All we needed was a wrench or a set of pliers to shut the shower off.

7. We had a 3rd floor room, the view wasnt anything special but the room was big, with a generous, very clean bathroom and HUGE comfortable bed.

10. We were in the very spacious Room 910 (903 is the same size, I would guess that those rooms ending in 10 or 03 are the same on each floor), a corner room with 4 big windows and probably 12-ft ceilings.
