3. Check in was flawless, with dedicated parking near the main building, and a big thank you Disney for the fresh carnations we received (& balloon flower for our daughter) along with a comprehensive folder of resort information.

6. House keeping was good, and if you hung the 'do not disturb' on the door they left you a bag of fresh towels, soaps, etc on your door for your return and a lovely message on the answerphone.
