1. Our bus service was exceptional.

3. Maybe our rooms aren't used as much or something since they were further away but I did not see any sign of wear on anything at all except maybe the carpet, which is understandable.

4. Basically they took our luggage and issued the boarding passes, so there was nothing left to do at the airport except get to the plane (Tip: If you are an airline FF that doesn't have to pay for bags, make sure to have your FF card to show them to avoid the standard baggage fees).

5. Dine and Play @ Hollywood and Vine--they were all wonderful because all the characters come to your table and you have plenty of time to snap a few pictures; in addition, the food at all these meals was really good and service was exceptional at each dining venue.

9. I've stayed in almost every Disney World hotel and this pool was on par with the others except for the lack of a slide.

10. The staff - all of the staff - from the maids to the guys powerwashing the walkways to the food court personal to the front staff at Disney are all happy and eager to please and the staff at the All Star Music is no exception.
