9. Something very nice is that the hotel has an adjacent parking lot, something not usually found in SoBe hotels (additional charge for using the parking lot though.

10. Room included living room, dining table, large full kitchen (with nice stainless steel applicances), nice 42' flat screen in the bedroom and another tv in the living room, wireless access, nice wood floors and modern couches and decoration.
