4. Garbage truck noise mentioned in previous reviews is audible regardless of which room you are in, but based on conversations with others this was typical for any similarly constructed boutique hotel in SoBe (most buildings in SoBe are not new).

5. The room had marble look tiles, but in the kitchen area you could see the old floor (black and white vinyl) in a section where the new tiles had been cut too short.

6. If the hotel wants to improve it's self, I would recommend sweeping the floor a little more often and putting a new sponge on the sink for each new guest.

8. One other note was that the stainless refrigerator appeared to be almost brand new, but for some reason the ice maker did not work.
