1. I liked the location - within a block or so from all the action, but quiet enough that we didn't get the headache-inducing noise levels from the partygoers on South Beach.

8. Now, the location is really good, across the street from a large apartment building which is right on the beach, and just out of the hot zone of South Beach, so it's pretty quiet (but nice to be able to walk to the craziness).
