1. Well lets start wtih the positve things: GREAT location, clean rooms, quiet rooms, nice bathrooms, very comfy beds.

5. We did report the cleanliness issues with our room to the staff upon check out- the only concern that had was having me step to the side and tell them as quietly as possible so that the guests checking in couldn't hear.

8. The other great thing was that even though it is so close to Beale and its own bar seems to be a hot spot when we went to bed on the 4th floor we couldn't hear a thing - it was totally quiet.
