1. The Westin's 'heavenly Beds' & showers are always a treat, the lobby was very nice, and I didn't notice any added noise at night despite the very close proximity to Beale.

7. The room and bathroom was clean and attractive however the 'heavenly beds' were not so heavenly, the lift was noisy in the room and the cleaning staff were noisy in the corridors in the morning talking and laughing loudly to each other.
