1. Had a problem with the AC not cooling down when we arrived, maintenance man spent ages trying to find a fault, told us he was off duty an hour earlier?, and didnt really identify a fault other than keep the curtains closed cos it was hot, anyway it did the trick, front desk and maintenance supervisor made follow up calls to make sure we were happy.

5. We arrived in the afternnon and the receptionist were amazingly nice and helpfull, they really seemed to be happy to see us and to llok after us.

6. All in all, very happy to pay a reasonable rate at get away from the noise and air pollution of the strip, yet be close enough still to feel like we are in Vegas.
