1. I really can't complain about anything except it is off the strip, and there's not much around it in the immediate area.

The staff was exceptional, from Sandra who checked us in, immediately upgraded our room and was kind enough to provide directions to a local pharmacy to replace a makeup bag left behind at home to Jose who provided a terrific hot breakfast each morning (more selections than we could sample and certainly better than any 'breakfast included' eaten elsewhere).
