1. We stayed in Falls Church Va for 7 nights at the Homewood and the staff actually seemed to like there jobs and seemed to care about their guests.

4. The bed was very comfortable, although I didn't care for the light fluffy pillows (I personally prefer a more weighted, heavier pillow).

5. Also, despite being a Hilton member w/ a profile, my request for hypo-allergenic bedding was not prepared for arrival and I had to chase down a staff member to take care of this, discovering there is no 'housekeeping' number on the phone (also, the room # was wrong on the phone).
