1. The area around the hotel is commercial and there are several mall like shopping centers that a fair number of empty buildings.

4. while he was doing tricks and flare and dropping jokes, she was rude, acted like she was too busy to help you out and worst of all when i tried to use my drink coupon and ask what the well whiskey was her answer was literally .

5. Rooms are all the same (like most aloft's) but if you want a bigger one the secret is to book a handicap accessible one.

6. It is smack in strip mall heaven which is great for a business traveler like me who would rather function without a car - the free shuttle services to the airport and elsewhere were much appreciated.

Woke up this morning for a long 12 hour day, your 'person' on the desk could not even pick her head up to say 'coffee machine is broken'Came back at 6:45pm to sit at the bat and meet me most ignorant staff member I have ever come across in any hotel 'can I get a beer please' She looked at me like I was a killer.
