3. while he was doing tricks and flare and dropping jokes, she was rude, acted like she was too busy to help you out and worst of all when i tried to use my drink coupon and ask what the well whiskey was her answer was literally .

5. We get there, and go to check in, I have an open mind over what to do over the extra bed and approach the front desk associate very politely, and ask her what they could do to help us.
