1. Very nice hotel, big rooms, very clean and nice king sized beds.

2. However, I did take lots of clothes to get dry cleaned and have a very nice suit bag in my garage that needs to be disinfected.

However, the reason this only got a 4 is my wake-up call never came (this should NEVER happen at a hotel) and the shuttle took me to the wrong place for my work (even though I pointed this out to the driver, she insisted she was right and I was wrong-though nicely--but she was wrong and I had to walk a third of a mile with luggage to the correct building).

9. My room was very clean and spacious with a nice flat screen in front of my king size bed and yes the beds are VERY comfy with many fluffy pillows, I slept like a baby.
