3. Front desk staff were not particularly helpful, polite or accurate at check-in and failed to make changes to our checkout date - luckily when checking another issue the following day, we realized the date had not been changed.

In particular Saiqua, the front desk manager was extremely helpful and went out of her way in arranging a cab ride for our family, a pick up in town with the complimentary Doubletree shuttle(even stopping so we could pick up some lunch to go) and arranging a car service to take us to the Newark airport.
