1. I ended up getting sick with a cold( not sure if it was the flight or the hotel but day 2 resulted in an overflowing garbage of Kleenex) the staff wasn't very friendly and I was extremely disapointed with the concierge- not helpful.

My friend and I explained everything I have mentioned in this review and that we just felt like anything we tried to do or wanted to do, didn't work out and she looked at both of us and said word-for-word: 'Sometimes you don't always get what you want, do you?' Needless to say we left the hotel soon after that to stay somewhere else for the remainder of our trip.
