1. Overall satisfied, except for the low maintenance of the hotel common areas, it was filthy like hell all the corridors on the way to my room and took them 3 days to clean it up.

3. We have always had a nice remodeled room while staying there (except for the AC - which never works ever) but this last time it was like we stepped out into the 1950's with our last room.

5. I don't know how a chain such as Ramada could let a so called resort fall to absolute pieces?? I truly feel that there isn't anything good that I could possibly say except for; please don't make the mistake of reading a review such as this and taking your chances anyway.
