2. Everyone was absolutely FANTASTIC - very friendly, welcoming and working hard to make everyone's stay there special :) I am very happy that my boyfriend and I chose this hotel despite some of the reviews that we read before booking it.

3. When I went to complain the next morning, I was told there was no manager on duty, and the equally inept clerk just smiled and shrugged when he heard my complaint and said 'welcome to South Beach'.
