1. the staff were friendly and made you feel comfortable, very good rooms, very posh, not that i was in there much, theres so much to do and see in miami and the hotel is in a great location to see everything, not to far from the beach either.

The rooms are beautifully decorated (granted a bit dark), the location was great (2 blocks from the beach, a block from Collins - a great shopping street, and a 5 minute walk from Lincoln Road - really nice area with all kinds of shops and restaurants) and the staff was friendly and accomodating.

7. I would certainly recommend a stay here for anyone if you will be in the area, it is great for both people traveling on buisness as well as couples, friends the environment would work very well for all three .
