9. For the 2 days that me and my friend stayed at this hotel Wendell had a new suggestion and help us find good restaurants or clubs .

10. Also the area is under major construction so be prepared to see buildings like look like eye sores or partially torn down, but at least we know a few months from now this will be a very prime area to be in with all of the renovations and new construction in the area.
