1. In the end it ended up a better deal because this hotel was so dated (as the previous entry says the place looks NOTHING like the pictures), too far from everything, and is well UNDER MASSIVE CONSTRUCTION.

7. I hope that the owner decides to put more money in the property because it is not that bad and could really be better with a few dollars I would like to stay closer to the heart of South Beach next time I go down but if not I will definately consider staying there.
