2. The bar is relaxing and peaceful with a good early evening happy hour - you can also use the facilities of next door which is much more lively.

4. On arrival the porter was super helpful getting our luggage and assited us once our rooms were available we did have a little wait for some of the rooms and we arrived at 4pm not great after a long flight but the sun was shining and it was happy hour at the bar so who could complain.

7. I must send a shout out to the staff I encountered at the Essex House Hotel---Dee, Chris, Manuel and last but not least Fernando, They seem genuinely happy to be at work.

8. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the front desk girl, Dee, who was always happy to recommend a restaurant, route, or a good shop to hit.

9. We stayed at Essex House for 5 days, and I have to say 4 of those days were spent being EXTREMELY HAPPY about our service received at the Essex House.
