2. upon arrival they told me that they would 'hold' $150 on my credit card for incidentals which is acceptable because most hotels do this but WHEN I GOT HOME I CHECKED MY ACCT AND THEY CHARGED $400 TO MY ACCT FOR INCIDENTALS.
