1. Either way I will not return nor will I recommend this hotel to my 16 friends who travel through and to Miami on a regular basis.

4. hotel staff was friendly and helpful, i called before arrival and talked with Victoria as i had some things i needed taken care of before i arrived, she took care of each one, so sorry i did not get to meet her.
