1. Additionally, the front desk staff was courteous and eager to satisfy, although a few things still fell through the cracks (namely, my dry cleaning was temporarily delayed because of miscommunication but was corrected within 24 hours).

3. pool area was nice and cozy, however as previously pointed out, the pool deck was sorely lacking in housekeeping (you'd think management would have read the previous reviews and corrected this.
