1. they offered us ice cold towels for our face, they had pool toys there for everyone to use, they offered to hold a spot for us under the umbrella for the next day, they have fresh drinking water one with lemon in it and one without free of charge and that was located by the towel boy, they have a security guard in a high tower making sure you are safe, they have a hot tub, wonderful restaurant with an offer for a free appitizer on your reciept for the next time, they have free coffee that you fix yourself downstairs.

6. The safe is there to hold your valuables and they have free internet in the rooms and we were able to SKYE with our boys and they loved being able to see the beach and the room.

8. In the end, we ended up getting the equivalent of a two bedroom suite (with ocean view) and she agreed to give us free breakfast for everyone for all four days to make up for the issues.

9. I was thrilled to find that it was well-maintained, the rooms were spacious and the service was excellent, from the extensive complimentary breakfast spread to the free coffee and cookies in the lobby.
