1. When we arrived, we were told that we could have two rooms on the 4th floor, not connecting, was that ok? Since one of the rooms was for my three children under age 9, that was clearly not acceptable.

2. We didn't accept this poor explanation since the doors close really fast behind you as you go out and anyway as constant travellers we are always really careful with all these things.
