Now for the good, it's clean, the grounds are top notch, pool is very nice, beach is very nice, the staff is super nice especially the bellmen, it;s very close to two awesome waterfalls, and the best part is that because of the location you can drive to the north shore or far southwest shore in an hour or less.

6. For exercise/running enthusiasts there is an awesome new bike trail (paved and wide) along the ocean just to the north of the hotel.
