Jersey City is more affordable, less chaotic, gives more room to breathe, and, in my opinion, offers a more attractive cityscape (Jersey City has modern and new waterfront with glassy office and residential highrises, to go along with the older parts of the city further inland that add character and tradition).

3. No daily cleaning service - weekly only - typical for 'housekeeping' units, but it keeps cost affordable and you can change towels/linens if needed.
