2. The location was perfect, right in mid-town, close enough to get to SoHo, Little Italy and Meatpacking, and not a far walk from Times Square and other sights (one exception was Yankee Stadium).

5. The staff were without exception smiling, polite & helpful; we would single out for special mention Angie the concierge who was always happy to answer questions & do all she could for us, including checking in online for our journey home.
