1. If you care at all about staying in a welcoming, clean room that you are happy to come back to after a day in Manhattan then avoid this dump.

7. The only minor complain I would have is the shower curtain is too short and if you are not extremely careful water gets all over the bathroom floor.

9. The staff are pleasant enough when they are not chatting among themselves and the concierge helpful if you need directions etc but the whole impression this hotel gives is a slovenly unprofessional couldn,t care less one.

10. For the next 2 days following this (and after being told that this would be taken care of), we came back each evening to find that nothing was done.
