1. The person who answered the phone told me that they were no longer allowed to rent out their rooms since they got in trouble with the city of new York.

9. Room service tidys the room and makes the bed (I imagine they change the bed sheets for new guests and long stays) The shared bathrooms were lovely - and alot cleaner than some of the reviews suggest, on check in (3 in the afternoon) the bathroom was immaculate and well presented.
