1. Have been staying here for about 2 years now 4 -5 times a year staff is very helpful especially Norman.

6. It is helpful to understand Spanish as the housekeepers that we encountered were primarily Spanish speaking but if the guest does not, with a little patience and appropriate gestures the guest will be able to get their message across.
