5. Of 2oo+ postings that are negative on there, I can only assume this is a small portion of people who have stayed at this hotel, and let's face it, you can't please everyone.

9. please notice the sarcasism as who cares about calls when everyone now has a cell phone and every other hotel in the city provides a safe and fitness center included in your stay.
